Reviewing: I Satori Lean System 7

Lean System 7 is a weight loss product manufactured by iSatori. It contains seven fat-burning herbal ingredients: Yerba Mate, Citrus Aurantium (bitter orange), Guarana, Forskohlii, Dandelion Leaf, Bioperien, and 7-Keto. The latter, as I have recently learned, is rather controversial, and the Canadian version of Lean system 7 does not have it.

I did some research prior to trying this product, and I liked the fact that its formula was never built around ephedra. When ephedra was banned, many ephedra-based weight loss products had to be re-formulated. With the key ingredient taken out, many of them would not be so effective. Lean system 7 never included ephedra and never relied on it. I also liked that Lean System 7 was backed by some credible studies.

The product comes in pills, they are to be taken with water 30 minutes before meals or exercising. When I took these pills before working out, I could see that my workouts were much more effectve: even just walking on a treadmill would make sweat stream down my face and neck. I did not experience any side effects, and I did lose some weight, even though I did not finish the recommended course.

Overall, I was pleased with Lean System 7 and I planned to use it again some time in the future; however, I have since found some other good ways to keep my weight in check, plus I have learned that 7-Keto may not be so safe, so I don't think I will buy this product.

I have never heard about this one. Glad it worked for you.

Thanks for the warning on 7-Keto as an ingredient, glad it worked, but if there's a safer alternative, maybe that's even better.

I think some of the diet products that are on the market are not worth wasting your money on. This one might have some health issues so I think I'd skip this one.

Yes, 7-Keto raises some questions. I did some research and found two opposite opinions about it: one is that 7-Keto is perfectly safe and great for weight loss, another one states that the weight loss claims are not proved and it is potentially dangerous. So I'm not buying this again, either, although I liked how it had intensified my workouts.

I'm glad it worked for you. My sister the doctor says (over and over) "If any of them really worked we'd all be thin" but she hasn't tried many. I think we're all different.

I've always worried about these types of weight loss products. They just never seem safe to me. I'm glad you have reconsidered using them in the future due to questionable ingredients.

Yerba Mate and bitter Orange are caffiene-like ingredients which if used long term can be harmful to those with heart conditions. Keto-7 is also in this category but unlike most weight loss solutions, it increases metabolic rate...these combined are the reason your workouts appeared to be more intense. Keto-7 is one of the few supplements that has effectively produced weight loss but far more research is required. Bitter orange is one ingredient that has been linked to severe side effects so I'd want to ensure any diet solution chosen did not carry that ingredient either. Good work.

Thank you for such a detailed comment Lexxia. I had found some of this out during my research. Many sites that sell weight loss pills have articles saying that ingredients like bitter orange are natural and harmless; that's why I did not rely on sites that sell stuff. :)
