This video is another in the Leap Frog series. Children 3-6. 35 minutes in length. Mr. Websley reappears as well as Professor Quigley. This video as well as the others move along rather quickly and may not be suited for really young children. It is kind of hard to follow and they get tired easily. The Storybook Factory is where kids learn to read. The leaps characters and others dress up to act out the Three Little Pigs. Mr. Websley decides to create a talking storybook made by kids for kids. They put words together to make stories. Tad reads the book slowly with the words being highlighted in yellow. Eventually the words appear at the bottom of the screen. Dance routines and singing on this video. Punctuation stressed too. Comma means pause...period means stop..exclamation means make your point...etc...I just don't like this factory thing. It is in every Leaps video. I will give my children more viewing time on this series just to see if they begin to like it. Right now they prefer the newer videos over this one. Not my favorite.
