Leapster Handheld Game Counsel By Jill Freeman on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My 3 year old son received this for a christmas present and has not put it down since. I myself played with it first to teach him how to use it and founf it to be very easy to use and straight forward. My son is 3 like I said and he is able to put the games in and type in his name and follow any directions given to him. There are many educational games for the Leapster and we have 4 of them right now. The games have taught my son phonics, numbers, letters both capital and lowercase and how to listen to a story and then answer any question given. I was a little worried that the Leapster would be too old for him because it is suggested for 4 and older but he really understands how to use it and is having fun with it. I really recommend this product for kids that like video games because it is so educational.
