I own the first season of Leave It To Beaver and have enjoyed it very much. So recently I purchased The Complete Second Season of Leave It To Beaver at Best Buy for $34.99. This was such an innocent, wholesome and entertaining show. Whenever I watch it, I get flooded with memories of my childhood. I grew up with this series, so it means a lot to me to be able to pop in a DVD whenever I want to see Beaver, Wally, Ward and June. The second season contains three double sided discs which include all 39 episodes from that season. Approximately 16 hours and 49 minutes of Beaver. The DVDs are clear and sharp, but no vivid colors because these shows were broadcast in black and white. The sound quality is also quite good. I enjoy watching the second season of Leave It To Beaver, and one thing I especially love about DVDs is the convenience of being able to watch when I have time. If I get interrupted or distracted, I either pause or stop the DVD, and then play again when it is more feasible for me. So nice to watch shows this way. I enjoy this DVD set of Leave It To Beaver, a must for any fan of this program.
