Let Your Cat Sink Their Claws Into This Great Item By KimberlyMarie on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you have a cat, you know how it is. Cats sharpen their claws EVERYWHERE if not given enough of their own surfaces to use. My poor couch often bears the brunt if we've not supplied enough scratching posts/toys for kitty.

Enter the SuperScratchers. Along with a tree or two (or not!), we have these throughout the house. They WORK. The cat LOVES them, and even plays with them (pouncing). They're simple, but they work.

The one tiny downside is the cardboard does leave a bit of a mess around the SuperScratcher as it's ripped off. Oh well - work the work of cleaning it up every few days! As long as my furniture is safe, that's hardly a downside.

If kitty looses interest (ours hasn't yet, even when it's time to get a new one), sprinkle some of the included cat nip on. Works like a charm. :)

The outside of the box that holds the cardboard does get a bit beat up with use, but I expect as much.
