My husband loves to grill fish and hotdogs and even chops. We always take advantage of the very short winter time here in Dubai. So, whenever we have the chance to have picnic at the park, we always borrow our friend's Weber One touch Silver Grill. Most of the parks here in Dubai have allocated areas for grilling and barbecuing and our perfect spot is always near that area where we can put this Weber barbecue grill to the test.

The reason why we do not use our own barbecue grill is that, our very cheap, brandless grill does not do the work of a real griller does. This Weber grill is so much more and quite costly too.

As most manual barbecue grill, we have to put extra time in preparing the charcoal and putting them to flame. As soon as the coals are well burned, the grilling starts. We normally do not fan too often as the grill cooks the food unlike the cheaper one we have.

I am glad our friend is kind enough to always have the Weber available for our use. I am just waiting for the time for our friend to actually just give the grill to us ;) Wishful thinking...
