My company had purchased this credit card machine and we had to replace it about 3 times because the credit card scanner goes bad after using it alot.

This machine has been nothing but a pain and on top of that you have to call the bank to get the machine set up and make sure everything is programed correctly. Sometimes the credit card scanner can be sensitive and not read the card properly and you have to swipe it again. Also if any dust gets into the scanner it won't read the card. You have to clean the swiper at the end of day to make sure it works the next day.

Don't get my wrong I do like the features that it has to offer. It takes both credit cards and debit cards, but you do have to set the machine up to take the debit cards. YOu can also set the machine up to read the card electronically, but tht is an extra charge each month. YOu also have to amke sure that you close the machine out each night when the business closes.
