I bought it to replace my RAZR which apparently didn't enjoy going waterskiing!

Its a wonderful phone IF your both on 3G and have really good reception. If this is the case, you'll get crazy fast internet speeds and great sound and even decent (2-3 day) battery life.

However if you go out of service, or switch between 2G and 3G a lot, the battery is more or less worthless, sometimes I worry the phone won't survive the day (when I go completely out of reception a fair amount) despite making barely any calls.

Its also somewhat of a pain to get things onto (such as music or whatnot) and its not well supported as far as interfacing with your computer.

If your laptop has bluetooth though, it works great to use the phone as a modem, and w/ medianet unlimited, you can basically surf to your hearts content on your laptop through the phone for only the $20 a month (make sure you don't get the PDA plan or it'l cost more for less).
