I have been fairly happy with this phone.

The size is great. I've actually found it to be more comfortable in my hand than my son's Razor.

The clarity is great--even inside.

One thing I have been disappointed with is that sometimes calls don't ring through. I may all of a sudden get a voice mail alert when I know for sure that the phone never rang. Very frustrating. Also, sometimes the voice mails don't show up for hours. Chances are that I can get a call with a voice mail and not even know about it until later that day.

I love the camera with the rotating lens. I love the video capture feature. I love the media package (which you have to subscribe to). This offers instant access to the net and also to music and video. Very cool!

I paid $99 but was able to get a $50 rebate.
