Lg Upconverting Dvd Player By k0b3x on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you are in the market for a DVD player, you may not have to look further than this LG upconverting DVD player. Upconverting means that this machine will upscale "regular" DVDs to fit into a HDTV (or a 16:9 ratio). Although this is not true high definition picture, which requires either expensive blu-ray or HD-DVD players, it does provide the cleanest picture available otherwise. This DVD player features HDMI output that provides both digitial picture and sound through one wire. This player also has the ability to play many file formats and that has proven to be extremely useful to me. You can simply download a movie, file, pictures, etc and burn it onto a CDR or CDRW and the player will be able to read it. Furthermore, the player is extremely easy to set up and it is relatively fast. If you want to highest quality DVD player that won't break the bank, check out this LG upconverting unit.
