I have read some negative reviews about Liberty Tax Service here on Shared Reviews, but I have been very fortunate in having had no problems with this service.

My husband and I have used them for about four years now, with no problems. The gentleman who does our taxes has been very helpful to us. He has given good advice and has done our taxes in such a way that it has been of the most benefit to us. We originally used H & R Block and did not get as good service from them as we have been getting from Liberty.

The only negative I have found is that the fee for having our taxes prepared by Liberty is rather high. The first time we went there, we had to pay over $300.00, but our tax man has reduced his fee since the first time, and now we pay a little over $200.00. Still rather hefty, but he has been of great benefit to us. Our taxes are rather complicated to do, otherwise my husband and I would just try one of the tax software programs that are available.

Overall, I have had no problems with Liberty Tax Service. The only negative is the fee for preparing our taxes.
