Lidex Anti Inflammatory Ointment By Wandergirl on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I've always had a very sensitive skin. In fact, too sensitive that it could get irritated even under very cold weather. Four years ago my dermatologist diagnosed me with a dermititis eczema. I had them all over my legs and arms. And it gets too uncomfortably itchy.

I've tried several over-the-counter ointment but they only got worse and swollen. Until my dermatologist gave me this Lidex 0.05% ointment. She prescribed me to use it twice a day, preferably once in the morning and another in the evening, always after cleaning the affected areas.

I admit, even when I was bit hesitant then, I made sure to follow religiously. So, on the first few days there wasn't much change, my eczema were still reddish. But in a week time, they began to dry out until they were finally gone. What's more: there was not a single scar on my skin.

Since then I stuck to this ointment. These days I still have occasional triggers, but I don't worry so much anymore because the ointment really cures them. It really works best for me.
