Life Twists Turns By houseonthehill06 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

For Christmas my daughter asked for Life Twists & Turns. I didn't really understand the concept of the game-as we already had the original Life game. The other night we decided to have a family game night-I was afraid that since we had never played it before it would take forever to get started. But surprisingly the game was very well explained in the directions. It is for up to 4 players-and each player gets a reference card so that they can understand how to use the "pod". The pod is where you put your "credit card" in and this keeps track of your information. Each creditcard has a number on it-ending with 1,2,3, or 4. This is how it is determined who goes first. After inserting your card-you hit spin-it keeps track of your money, your life points, your salary and so on. You don't have to worry about losing your money or keeping track of it. There are options to play 10 years-45 min, 15 years-1 hour or 30 years-2 hours. The "pod" keeps track of the years. I would recommend this game to anyone that has a child from ages 10 and above-even our 13 year old enjoyed it. The upgrades of this game are well worth it.
