Since I've found these new energy efficient bulbs, I am converting all my reqular bulbs over to them. Especially my outdoor security lighting, which I use quite often. This flood light produces the equivalent of 90 watts and consumes only 23 watts, which saves up to aproximately 54 dollars! It also carries a 7 year warranty as well which covers 3 hours per day usage over that period of time. So those of you who do use less can take full advantage of that warranty. But, for people like myself who use the bulbs a more frequently, even if the bulb only lasted a year, to me it would more than pay for itself in electricity savings. That kinda saving is definitely going to bring me back to make future purchases, and as we all know, with prices so high with gas and all, we could use a few extra dollars here and there!

It's really good to know that there are energy efficient flood lights. We don't currently use any of these, but every once in a while one might be required.
These sound very efficient. We are doing this too.
