If like me you tend to drink tea or coffee at the end of a long day, or at night while watching tv, you should honestly try Horlicks as a substitute. Its made from a light malt and chocolate which is rich with calcium also. It states on the packet or tin that this drink helps you to unwind - well it actually works. Also you dont need to use all of your milk quota to make this drink, it can be made with just boiling water. Its absolutely delicious as a bedtime drink and since i started to drink it i have had a really restful sleep at night. Coincidence ? i dont think so because i have never really slept well at night. My only gripe about my favourite night cap is that the satchets can be quite expensive as you can only use one per mug. The best bet would be to buy the larger tins which in my opinion are much better value for money. Try it and Enjoy.
