Lincoln Park - Victoria Home - Wow

I love my home, I had been living in an apartment and was really tired of throwing my money every month down the toliet! I decided to invest in a home and it been came clear I couldn't afford a condo, didn't really want a big house so I started looking at Modular homes. I fell in love with this home, I loved the layout. Granted I was a little concerned about the construction and quality of the home but decided to buy. I am glad I did. I can now say I am the proud owner of my own home, and love coming home from work every day. The home was built better than I could have ever hoped for and more engery efficient then some of the new condo's I see going up. My gas and electric bills are less than they were in my apartment. Granted I won't make the money on this home that you would on a traditional home, but I own it outright and in today's world how much money are you really going to make on a home!!!
