Lines And Wrinkles No More? Maybe Not... By MaggieM on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Rather than jumping on the botox wagon I decided to try an easier, safer and more cost effective way to try to reduce the appearance of my "worry line," the infamous forehead wrinkle. After scanning the beauty aisle I ended up with Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift daily targeted deep wrinkle treatment.
The product directions are simple, apply morning and night to all wrinkles and blend thoroughly for better absorption. The ingredients, including Vitamin A, are hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic and non-greasy which was nice so you could wear it alone or under your make-up.
I have to admit I am not that impressed with this product. I did not notice any visible results whatsoever. Granted I haven't used the entire 1 oz tube yet, but I am fairly confident its not going to help me where I need it to. Perhaps this would be better suited for smaller, less intensive wrinkles, like those fine lines around the eyes. On the tube it specifically says "Intensive" so I feel that can be a bit misleading.
Thankfully I only wasted about $14.00 for this product, where some anti-aging products cost much more. I know that nothing, well other than plastic surgery, really can remove wrinkles 100% so perhaps my expectations are a bit too high.
So unless you are looking for an inexpensive way to treat very superficial wrinkles I'd save save your money and don't bother with this specific product!

I have yet to find a product that will "erase" my forehead wrinkles and I really don't think there is one out there. The only thing I do now is to keep the wrinkles from getting any deeper. I use a moisturizer and I wear sunglasses all of the time. I think I developed a forehead wrinkle because I used to drive without wearing sunglasses and I think this really put a strain on my skin. I also tend to furrow my brow when angry or deep in thought and I try not to do this anymore. I wish I had looked after my skin better when I was younger.
