Linksys Wrt54 G Wireless G Router By Orangewalkman By orangewalkman on - Updated Sep 26, 2011

Linksys wireless routers are hard to setup and constantly have dropped signals. The penetrating capability is weak and wireless sometimes does not work. I first bought a wireless B router from Linksys. The signal constantly drops which is really annoying and ending up selling it off. I thought of giving Linksys another chance and bought the WRT54G wireless router since it has the one button setup. Took it back and after one hour of toiling with that machine, my laptop still do not connect to the existing wireless network I created. So, for me, the one button setup is a completely useless feature. I ended using a LAN cable for a while trying to figure out how to fix it but to no avail. Even with a LAN cable, the connection is on and off frequently. I return it and got a D-Link which is much cheaper and reliable.
