I first bought Listerine Total Care mouth wash about 3 months ago, and I am still using it. There are some pro's and cons for Listerine Mouth Wash. The biggest con i could find is the amount of alchohal inside the mouthwash, which can really burn your mouth and is not comfortable whatsoever! This can be diluted a decent amount by adding some water to it. There isnt really a flavor to it other then the alchohal, and for those with sensative mouths I dont recommend this item. A good thing about this item is simple, it gets the job done! I went to the dentists a few months early to test the effectiveness. I brushed my teeth as usual with the same toothpaste for the same amount of times per day. I added the mouthwash and the results were good! I didnt have any caveties, and my teeth are soft. I would usually get caveties imbetween my teeth, but I didnt while using this mouthwash! If anyone out there gets a lot of caveties and doesnt have a sensative mouth, I recomend this to you!
