Listerine has always been trusted brand in mouth wash. Their Tooth defense is intended to help strengthen your teeth to prevent cavities. This really works. I have always had teeth with pits and was always having them filled when visiting the dentist. With just a few molars left without cavities but still having pits I began using this product it has been over a year and I have not had to have a single filing even though I was tolid before using this product I would have to have the pits filled to prevent cavities. This had built up thestrength of my teeth. The dentist was impressed and asked what I was doing different. This product also has a great minty flavor and also still kills bad breath. It contains sodium chloride which is what strengthens your teeth. If you need to strengthen your teeth try this product, but it is not recommended for small children as they may swallow it.
