I purchased my bottle of Listerine Tooth Defense approximately (6) months ago. The directions on the bottle suggest that I use twice daily after brushing my teeth with a toothpaste. I am to swish 2 teaspoonfuls of rinse between my teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. I can't even stand to swish it for 15 seconds let alone 60 seconds.

I purchased it while it was on sale or I probably would not have given it a second glance. In the past I have not been able to find a mouthwash that didn't taste bad and burn my mouth. I thought I would give this product a try. Needless to say I was dissapointed again.

Even though this product is supposed to aid in the prevention of dental cavities and kill germs that cause bad breath I can't recommend it because has such a burning effect.
