This is the easiest to use whitening product, you measure out a portion of the rinse and swish in your mouth for 1 minute. You use this twice a day for best results. Ingredients include peroxide and alcohol so it doesn't taste the best and has a bit of bite to it. It also foams as you rinse. I thought it was quite vile the first time I tried it but with repeated use, it has become much less unpleasant. The solution gets between your teeth and kills germs as well as whitens teeth. This is much less messy and more convient than the strips and can be used effectively by almost everyone, even people with less than perfect teeth. My dentist told me not to waste my time or $ on the strips since my teeth aren't straight, I'd get uneven coverage and poor results. This is an affordable and easy way to help keep your teeth white. I drink a lot of red drinks and this helps keep them from staining.
