I bought this thinking it was a regular Listerine product that you use after you brush your teeth. I was brushing and then rinsing with this. I was afraid to brush after because I didn't want to take away the whitening stuff. The flavor is really bad. All whitening products are I think. I stopped using it because I couldn't stand the taste in my mouth. Then I looked at the bottle again and saw you were supposed to use the Listering Whitening and then brush you teeth. I'm not very good about reading the instructions before using something. Since I have been using it the correct way things are going better. You can brush that gross taste out and be on your way. I have noticed a slight difference in my teeth. Nothing grand mind you. I will continue to use this product to see if I get better results over time.
