Little Critter is a popular children's book that almost all preschoolers and kindergärtners could identify. The character loves to have fun with his family and friends and pick on his little sister whenever he gets the chance. My daughter found that there was a CD-ROM game for these characters, and wanted a chance to play it on her home computer.

Once we got it loaded, you have two main options-you can let it read the animated book to you, or you can play along with it. The latter was my daughter's choice, and she loved being able to play along with all of the critters in the book, making them do silly things and move around. She was not a big fan of the read through aspect, because it was not all that much more exciting then just picking up a book. Overall, a great game for little preschoolers who would love to get their practice with mouse work on the computer.
