Little People Animal Sounds Farm

My husband and I purchased this people animal farm set for our grand nephew's second birthday this last September. His parents are very pleased with it! Their son loves this toy!
Luke takes the animals out and then puts them back into the barn in different places (sorting) and he loves it when he finds a door or button that makes an animal sound. The openings are all a good size for him to fit the animals through. The silo that opens and closes is great fun as is the chicken in the hayloft. He has played with it so much and laughs hysterically at all the features! He is learning the names and sounds of all the different animals ... the pig says "oink", the horse says "neigh", the sheep says "baa" ... etc.
The little people farm is bright and colorful and I love the fact you can also purchase extras to build your little people world.
This little farm set is visually stimulating, durable, safe, sturdy and the audio part helps also ... Highly educational and fun!
Oh wow - I had a Fisher Price farm too. Probably the first one ever made and I loved playing with it all the time too. I still remember the sounds and even though the shape of the barn and animals have changed, it still brings a smile to my face. I remember mine was made of a pressed wood, which of course, I think today's market calls for plastic.
