I think Fisher Price makes great toys! This fire truck is very well made. Fisher Price uses hard plastic that will last for years. This toy is compatible with the little people figures that children have grown up playing with. The truck makes many great noises that sounds just like a real fire truck. There is a neat ladder extension with a bucket seat for the fireperson to sit in. My son loves to drive this truck all over his friend's house. I wish this truck was a little bit bigger and easier to move for little children around my son's age. He will be two soon and this truck still seems more for older children in my opinion. I think I will wait a few months and then purchase this for him around his birthday. Most little boys love trucks that make sounds and this is no exception!

We have the little people airplane and my son has so much fun with it.
I think this sounds perfect for a little boy. My grandson would love it. He has all kinds of Little People toys that he inherited from his older sister. They last forever and I love how they are adaptable to other sets of Little People toys. The sounds alone would sell it to me!

Children have always loved fire trucks. I remember when the firemen brought the truck to the school when I was in Grade 1 for us to view. What fun. I can see your little guy riding on the miniature version. He's going to love one of his own. Happy shopping.
