I bought my husband this knife as a Christmas present last year and he LOVES it. It cuts through everything better than any other knife we have. I love using it for chopping lots of vegetables because it goes through everything so easily and cleanly. I always feel a little bit like a professional chef when I'm using it!

I like that it's not too big or too small. I have tiny hands, so it's tough for me to get control of a super-huge knife. This one is just right. The red handle gives it a little bit of style. I'm not sure how well it holds up in the dishwasher because we always handwash ours, but it does seem pretty sturdy. For a $20 knife, I feel that this is an excellent buy!
