Little Tikes Cozy Cottage toddler beds are the cutest little girls beds that I have ever seen. We had bought one of these for our oldest daughter a year ago, when we got it home a set it up our youngest fell in love with it so we ending having to buy another one, and at the time our youngest was still in a crib, but this bed got her out of the crib and sleeping in a bed a lot sooner. But as you can see from the picture, we probably would have been fine with one, as my girls love to sleep in the same bed..lol
This bed uses a standard crib mattress which is not usually an extra expense since you are taking your child from a crib to put them in a bed so I just used the mattress from the crib. The head board and frame of made of very sturdy plastic and sits low to the floor so if your child does happen to tumble out they won't get hurt. The bed frame is all white and completly surrounds the mattress, the head board is pink front,sides and back, with a blue shingled roof. The green shudders on the front do open and close for a book shelf, toys of whatever you like. This was very easy to set up, it only took a few minutes. The head board comes as all one piece and it just a matter of attaching the 2 sides and foot board.

This bed is adorable and so are your girls. What a great idea to make it the same size as a crib matress so you can just take it fom the crib to the bed without added expense.
Thanks so much for the picture. It really shows a lot about the size of the bed and how cute it is. I had looked at this for my daughter, but since she was too big for a crib, I knew we couldn't get this since it used a crib mattress. It looks like we lost out.
