The Logitech cordless optical wheel mouse gives you wireless freedom and optical precision. It can be used in either your left or right hand.
Wireless is great because you have no wires to get in your way or cords to pull your mouse to the floor due to the tension, as mine used to do. It can be used on any surface (mousepad or not) within six feet of the computer with digital radio technology.
The 800-dpi optical sensor gives you twice as much speed and twice as much accuracy of standard optical mice. Also, there are no moving parts to clean or deteriorate.
The mouse has three customizable buttons and scroll wheel to improve its use on browsers and elsewhere with your preferences.
The scroll wheel allows you to scroll through documents quickly.
It uses 2 AA batteries. Smart power management conserves batteries and an indicator that warns when batteries are low.
Compatible with Windows and Macintosh computers.
I'm disabled with limited arm movement, so I can't whips the mouse and cursor around the screen with much accuracy. Also, the cord used to pull the mouse in the wrong directions. The Logitech cordless optical wheel mouse gives me the speed, accuracy, and control that allows me to control my PC like no other mouse has thus far. Without it, I wouldn't be able to use my computer.
I rarely use the scroll wheeel but others will get good use of it.
I use rechargeable batteries and have had no problems with this mouse since owning it. I recommend this to everyone.

I've used one of these, and not having the cord is SO great. We are all farmer's wives who cut off the tails of the mice with no regrets!
i have a logitech cordless mouse, not this model but one i received for free and it's totally unusuable...the one you have looks much better
We use all logitech at work. I am very pleased with the style and quality of their products. wasn't sure if they made them for Mac. Thanks for all the great info.
I love how most computer accessories are wireless now. The mouse on our old computer used to get stuck because the cord would get caught. I have bought a lot of Logitech products and they have been great so far. Thanks for the information and I'm so glad it is working well for you.
