The Logitech quick cam fusion was the webcam of choice reccomended by the staff at Future Shop, I have been using it for one year without any difficulty. It was very easy to install, and very user friendly.

I have used it on both of my computers, and only one has the software, the computer was able to make use of the cam, without the software when I plugged it into the USB.

The features of the camera that assisted in making the decision to buy the camera were the integrated microphone, the quality of picture and video, as well as the new design of the camera, and the specefic adaptations for use for laptop computers.

Thee software that accompanies the webcam is great, there are many settings that are adjustable; brightness, contrast, light, saturation, hue - and background lighting. You are also able to create an avatar of yourself - of a shark - and dependant on your facial movements it will move the avatar!

The ability to track faces is an important feature, as I use the webcam for work and meetings, and with the fusion, it is one of the best systems that I have used.
