I use this mouse at work and I love it. Yes, it is not necessarily designed for office use, but it works for it anyway. The rechargeable battery packs are neat, and they give you 2 of them so you're never down without a battery for the mouse. The range is great, the mouse is a solid performer and very comfortable to use for an extended period of time. I got this because I was tired of using the generic Dell branded mouse that my office provided as my hand was beginning to cramp up on occasion. Since I've had the G7 though, that's not a problem anymore. About the only quip I have with the mouse is the battery life. I usually get about 15 hours' worth before having to switch out the battery, but it's no problem since I have 2! : )
