I received this nice Logitech optical mouse as a gift over a year ago. It was a huge improvement over the Dell mouse that came with my computer when I got it 3 years ago. This isn't just a cordless mouse, it's a better quality mouse and it comes with several features you don't find on a typical mouse. Probably the most noticeable feature are the two two buttons below the scroll bar, a page back button and a page forward button. This saves time otherwise spent moving the cursor to the upper left hand corner of the screen to click these buttons. The cursor and scroll wheel are also much faster on this mouse than others I've used. The batteries last about 6 months, but for those who want to get the most of them, there's a power button underneath it so it can be shut off when not in use. When the batteries finally do need to be changed out though a red light located below the back/forward page buttons will start blinking about a week before it dies, so you won't find yourself with a dead mouse in the middle of an important project. I highly recommend purchasing this mouse. It will make your computer activities more enjoyable.
