MX 1000 mouse is very precise, fast and easy to use. It is large enough for your hand to comfortably rest on the mouse due to its ergonomic design. It fully charged within few hours and last for at least 4-5 days if you use it periodically. The battery life for MX 1000 is pretty long since I owned it for 1 year and the battery still last. MX 1000 has the extra buttons which you can customize for shortcuts application. Sometimes, I use the mouse as a remote control for controlling music, movies and power point slide. Pretty cool. However, the down side is that the battery is non-removable and it will wear out at some day. If it die under warranty period, Logitech will provide you with a new or equivalent in value mouse. Logitech replace mine with a new MX Revolution model which is another superb mouse.
