The Logitech Premium USB Headset 350 is nothing to get excited over. A surprise? Yeah I know. Logitech has been producing top of the line products for many years and many customers will vouch the same. However this is a lemon of the bunch. I have not had the best experience with this product. The design is neat and sturdy looking although there are some problems with the foam coming out of the earpieces. It was a good thought to add a volume control to the cord but not a mute button as it is eaily tapped without you being aware of it. The Headset is not comfortable at all which I thought was a shocker due to it looking like it was all for comfort, I was wrong. Overall I would not recommend this headset to anyone due to the comfortability issue.

Logitech usually makes great multimedia products, I's sorry to hear that their quality is lacking.
Yeah, mute buttons should not be placed where they can be turned off accidentally! And a headset should be comfortable -who wants to sit around with something that will give you a headache.
I am sorry to here that you didin't have such good luck with this product. I have used several logitech products and they have always worked great. Thanks for sharing though. Nice reveiw
I am trying to find a new headset too and I am finding it hard to find one that is comfortable.
