Logitech X 530 Subwoofer Issue On Console By Ricardo Romero on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this system a week ago and I enjoy it very well considering the small price for its purchase. The surround sound produced by the satellite speakers is far greater than I had expected and surprised me once I heard it. However, I use the speakers on a Microsoft Xbox 360 console and it seems that even with the Logitech game console audio adapter, the subwoofer doesn't play even nearly loud enough to be audible. I have tried using bass boosts and what not and have been searching for a way to fix this issue. It seems that the bass knob doesn't even amplify the bass, it's more of a fine tuner for the satellite and center speakers. I have also tried some of my own ways to fix this problem such as connecting the cables to the TV headphone jack using adapters and putting the TVs bass as high as possible as well as some other attempts but none seem to work. If anyone has some advice or a straigh-forward solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
