Reviewing: Champion C9 Long Sleeve Thermal Pullover
Purchased at: Target     Price: $16.99 USD

Winter is coming on. I usually gravitate toward wearing a lot of layers in the colder months. Give me a bunch a loose fitting tee shirts, a flannel button down, maybe a cloth jacket, then I am ready to go out and scrap the windshield and start the car.

Not this year. Jan picked up two long-sleeve, thermal mock-turtleneck pullovers for me. Now I am stylin! They are built to maintain my body heat, and gives me muscle support in my gut, so when I have a couple of beer, it won't show?

I have been through the thermal phase before and never really took to it. I always felt uncomfortable. Sometimes I would get all itchy, or feel over heated. I think I still have a few thermal shirts buried in the basement somewhere.

The shirts are not what I would have chosen for myself, that is why I married a woman who has more common sense than I have. They really work. After having one on for a few minutes, I actually forgot, I had it on me. Later in the evening, I even noticed, I did not feel too hot from wearing the new pullover. They are made by Haneswear, so they did factor in the comfort factor for me.

I can't wait for a good old fashion blizzard to hit us now. I am ready for snow drifts.

Jan did the wash last night. The thermals did not shrink up on me. I guess that's a good thing. This weekend, she's going back and buying some for the boys.

Now, if I can just find some matching boxer shorts, I should be ready for a catalogue shoot.
