Loreal Mega Mousse

Loreal Studio Amped Up Mega Volumizing Mousse passed the test! I am pretty hard to please when it comes to hair products. If the product does nothing for my hair, I will tell you. This mousse passed my test. What is my test? I wash my hair and then apply the mousse. I blow dry the top of my hair with my head upside down. Ofcourse, this is how we get a little extra volume. Everyone knows this trick. I blowdry the rest of my hair just a little.I like it to airdry the rest of the way because I have long fine hair. Blowdrying can be damaging and cause the hair to frizz. Okay I've done all of this and take my fingers to pull out the top exactly the way I want it to look. I go to bed at night and wake up with my hair still looking styled on top. The mousse still holds the style. I've tried some mousses that don't do a thing to my hair. I want hold! I think I remember using Loreal mousse years ago but it may have been in a white can. The can states that the mousse gives maximum hold and body without weight. The mousse is light weight and foamy not watery. The can says "extreme hold" and gives a nice hold without stickiness. The can is black with yellow,blue and red squares. It contains 7.1 oz mousse, a nice size can. Read the back of the can for directions. There is one hint: To turn up the volume,apply to root area first and blow dry lifting hair upward and outward. I didn't try this technique yet. But this is absolutely how I style the top of my hair....with my fingers and pulling upward and outward. Some mousses do absolutely nothing. My hair just lays there with no style at all.
