Loreal Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup By Jennifer Claerr on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Loreal Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup with SPF 17 sunscreen and Pro-Retinol A is currently the only foundation I use. I rarely wear makeup any more, but when I do wear it, I find this is a good makeup to wear. I have a problem with dead skin buildup on my face, and makeup seems to make this buildup look rougher and more visible. While I do experience this effect with Loreal Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup, it isn't as pronounced as with other brands. Loreal makeup provides good coverage with very little makeup. Unlike other foundations, Loreal Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup fills in my enlarged pores so they aren't as visible. However, the line minimizing effect seems to be a figment of the manufacturer's imagination. Since the makeup was rather thick, it tended to increase the visibility of the lines on my face rather than decreasing them.
However, I did notice that when I removed the makeup, I would experience a sloughing off of the dead skin which wouldn't come off any other way. I think that in order to get the most out of this anti-aging makeup, you would have to wear it every day so the pro-retinol A would have a chance to work its magic. For somebody like me, who uses makeup only rarely, it doesn't have much of an effect.
