When I am looking at shampoos I want one that will clean my hair, add body and be a reasonably priced. When I saw L'oreal's Vive Pro I thought I would try it. This is a newer shampoo by a leader in hair care products by the name of L'oreal. This shampoo comes in several varieties such as one for color treated hair, one for normal hair and one for added gloss. They also make conditioners to go with these shampoos.

What interested me about this shampoo is that it makes all kinds of promises. It says it will give your hair volume, shine and cleanliness. The price was not too bad either.

While shopping, I picked up a bottle of this shampoo and took it home to try it. I must say whenever I wash my hair it always feels squeaky clean. The minute I got through trying this shampoo I noticed right away that my hair did not feel as clean as it usually does. However, I thought maybe my hair will look differently once it is dry. Once it was dry, I notice there was no added volume as promised. I also noticed there was no extra shine and my hair did not look as good as it does with my usual brand of shampoo.

I must say I was disappointed and surprised to see that a company with a reputation like L'oreal has put out such a inferior shampoo.
