Lose Weight-One Chocolate Bar at a Time!
By KLKwid onWeight Watchers has really worked for me so far, and I have to say it's in part to some of the great low fat, low calorie products out there. The Weight Watchers products tend to be a little pricey, but sometimes it's worth it.This is one of those occassions!I absolutely LOVE chocolate and caramel. If I could, I'd live on the stuff.Unfortunately, it's VERY fattening :(Well, leave it to Weight Watchers to come up with a product that is great tasting AND relatively healthy!!
It's still a treat, so you can't eat the whole box, but if you DID eat the whole box of these, it would only come out to about 14 points!!Each of these tasty bars is 1 point-in Weight Watchers language, that's definitely manageable!I figure a Hershey's chocolate bar (no caramel or nuts) is 7 points. One of these bars is about a thurd the size of that bar-you save yourself lots of unnecessary point spending by eating these, PLUS you get caramel ;)OK, it's not a LOT of caramel, but you get that chewy satisfaction in every bite ;)
Each of these bars is 20 grams, there are 12 in a box. There are 80 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per piece.14 carbs, 45mg sodium, and 2 dietary fibers! Not bad!!
This is one of my favorite treats-I definitely recommend them for ANY weight loss program!!

I love these and the chocolate mint ones!!
Good thing I have a high metabolism because I want my chocolates to be as real as possible.
