For years i have been trying to find an exercise program that would actually help me lose wieght--fast. However, with all the programs out there its difficult to figure out which ones really work. For most people exercising isnt their "cup of tea" and because working out is tedious and boring, numerous people lay it off and stop. Chalene, the exercise instructor, couldnt be more right when she said that everyone quits exercising because it isnt fun and its very repetitive.But with Chalene its not.

The Workout: When I first started turbo jam I was still a little skeptical about everything. But as i was working out with the video the instructor not only was the thinngs she said real, she also had the people who lost weight doing her program alongside her. This is a kind of workout you can start off at any level and still attain results. The workout is very upbeat and keeps you motivated. It is incredibly fun because it doesnt feel like you're working out at all. The whole program basically has you dancing around to music while using effective moves to help you burn more calories faster. I loved the workout so much that I did something i've never done before:I kept doing it. I invited my brother to come workout with me which is also something i never did and we both had fun everytime. I always bring my towel and water bottle and we just rock it out until the end of the session. My parents are astonished that i adhered to working out because i never do. and when i did lose weight previously it always had a way of creeping back. This system keeps you really motivated and it really works. I have kept a schedule on when to workout for a month now and to be honest, i thought i didnt lose weight beacuse to me, i looked the same. It wasn't until after i wore pants that fit me but were too tight that i realized i lost a lot of weight. The jeans were extremely baggy and they kept falling off me. I remember laughing and crying while I walking around the house with it gripping on it so it wont fall off. That got me only more motivated that it worked and i kept the weight off.

Skill: You require absolutely no skill when working out. All you need to to is learn the steps and you're ready to go. What I hated about other programs is that most of their steps were too complicated or they were too difficult for me to do especially sice i was big. Most excercises wanted you on the floor doing splits, turns, pushups etc. Na uh not for me I was surely not going to do that! I mean what did rhey think i was? Fit? yeah right I wouldn't make it to push up number three problaby one even.Cardio party isnt compicated and most importantly, you stay on up and not on the floor which helps you have a better range of motion and an increase of calories burned.

All in all, I would reccommend this product to anyone because you really do lose weight and it gets a lot done in a short amont of time. Working out can be fun which is something even I just realized and i dont think theres any other program for me so bye bye gym and machines. Oh but there is another item you should bring with you before you begin working out:a towel cause trust me you will sweat a lot.
