The great thing about Lost is that it's such a refreshing change from mindless, slapstick sitcoms and the hideous reality trash that is so prevalent on TV lately. This show is fast-paced and compelling, and the characters are engaging and fun.

If you aren't yet caught up in the Lost frenzy, this DVD set is an excellent way to introduce yourself to the amazing characters and storyline on this show. If you are already a fan of Lost, these DVDs contain not only all the episodes from Season One, but also lots of extras like deleted scenes, and audio commentaries by the actors and the creators of the series.

Since Lost's episodes are the kind in which you can always see something you've never noticed before, it's great to have the first season on DVD...it means you can always go back and check out a clue you're just learning about, or replay some dialogue that now takes on new meaning.
