This lamp is a gift from my mother-in-law. She really knows how to choose beautiful art stuffs, including this lamp. She said that she bought this lamp on a garage sale. The lamp is not that tall, and of average height (about 60 cm tall or so), has white-colored lampshade, and the ornament below the lampshade is of lotus leaves. The color combination is just terrific. The vase-like bottom is rather beige color while the lampshade is white on top, and when it's lit, oh it's just gorgeous! Not to mention the lotus leaves, oh what a great ornament! I think the ornament is hand-painted. The bulb is easy to remove as well. I put this lamp in our guest room, and whenever we have visitors staying in our house, they would praise this lamp. I think I should thank my mother-in-law for her careful and excellent taste of beautiful stuffs. When I said this to my hubby, he smiled and somehow he said he felt proud of his mother because of this. I really want to buy something like this for our new house soon.
