Ever since I became pregnant with my first child, I seemed to have acquired allergies during the Spring season. Last year, I purchased some Alavert Non Drowsy Allergy medication-citrus burst tablets. I bought the box with only 12 tablets, but they offer boxes of more tablets. This particular tablet gives 24 hours relief of sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and itchy nose and throat. These tablets disintegrate in your mouth and personally, I thought the Citrus Burst tasted okay. This allergy medication did not make me drowsy at all so I could pop one in the morning before work and function okay all day long. The active ingredient in these tablets is 10mg of Loratadine. Adults and children over 6 years old can use this medication. This allergy medication was very effective in treating my allergy symptoms and I will be purchasing more this Spring!
