Love My New Mazda3 By Skydancer2007 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
With the cost of gas being so high, I had to make sure that I traded my Saturn in for a four cyclinder model. I didn't want to be eaten up with the cost of gas. It's outrageous and I found out that the four cyclinders tend to get the better gas mileage. The Mazda3 is really great on gas mileage. I noticed that right away, I'm getting better mileage than our Ford Truck or the old Saturn that I had. That is a definite plus for me.
Another thing that I like is the simplicity of the Mazda3. I got the stick shift. It's been a long time since I drove a stick but the Mazda3 is definitely the way to go. The clutch is very forgiving. I can drive it with ease. I never thought that I would be able to say that about any stick shift. But the Mazda3 is very easy to shift and get around town in.
I love the silver color. With all the pollen and dust in season right now, I thought it would show dirt badly. So far, it has done great on not showing a ton of dirt. I love the color and think that with my future cars, I'll stick with the same color scheme.
Mazda 3 4 door Purchased at: Mazda Dealer Price: 25000

I've got a 2004 Mazda3. It has been a great car! I've gotten more compliments on the car than any other I have purchased. The great gas mileage was the main reason I purchased the vehicle. I got a silver one also. I got the windows tinted which made the car look even better.
I love the Mazda 3, it was on my list of cars to look at but we ended up going a bit larger. I also love a stick shifat and have one as well.
In this day & age, you are so right-it's so important to have a car that gets great gas mileage & this sounds like this has for you!
I love mazda, I own a mazda. This is a good car.The gas mileage is awesome.
I purchased my own Mazda 3 back in the Fall of 2006 and I love it! It's an '07 model. I got an automatic though but what I liked was that it can convert to a stick shift if I want it. (Not that I would never use it because I don't know how to use one LOL). :o) And yes, it gets great gas mileage!!!
My first car was a Mazda and it lasts us for 25 years. That can tell how reliable Mazda are. Thanks for sharing.
I got one of these as a rental once and I loved it!
The mazda 3 is a very nice looking car.
