Love to Walk on my Proform

I purchased my Proform treadmill to work out in the winter months when it's impossible to walk outside.I chose this model for the comfort of the cushioned walkingplatform and the fact that it folded up for easy storage when I need the space for other things.It was a little hard getting it down to the basement but my husband and daughter were able to get it done without any mishap.After I started walking on the treadmill my husband and daughter also started using it so this machine gets a workout from all of us.We all feel better, l've lowered my blood pressure, we've all lost weight and sleep better after our nightly workouts.What would be even better is getting another Proform so that we wouldn't have to share and could walk side by side as we do in the summer months outside.I will have to put it on my Christmas list!!
Whoa, high price. We just went for a Weslo model that was like under 200 and works pretty well just doesn't have as many fancy gadgets on the interface
too expensive lol.... but have many features
If you are looking a for a quality treadmill, you should check out the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill. It may be a little more expensive, but it is well worth it.
