Reviewing: Mary Kay Satin Hands

While the term "dermabrasion" is generally known as a treatment performed by specialists in dermatology, there are other, less intense forms of "abrasion of the skin" as well. This review refers to one of these.
The Mary Kay Satin Hands dermabrasion kit is a four step system for your hands.
Applied first is the Extra Emollient Night Cream which is a petroleum based cream for intense moisturizing. Massage this into your hands, including your cuticles, and then without rinsing, now apply the real deal of the whole collection, the Buffing Cream. This is the stuff that will make your hands feel so smooth you will be amazed. It has tiny buffing grains that remove dead surface cells and will smooth away any rough, calloused areas on the skin. Massage this in well, even between your fingers. Once that is done, you apply the Cleansing Gel, massaging it into a lather. This is going to clean and refresh your hands. Once you've rinsed this cleansing gel off, your hands are going to feel as soft as a child's hands.
To maintain the moisture, now apply the Satin Hands Hand Cream. That's how easy it is to give yourself new and fresh feeling skin that also looks young and fresh. What a great feeling to have all roughness gone from your fingertips after a hard day at work.
This works great for my husband as well. He works with mail and his hands get terribly dry and rough. But the buffing works wonders, sloughing away all the rough skin making his hands wonderfully smooth.
This is an easy way to keep your hands looking great and I recommend using it weekly.

I see the name "Satin hands" and think of my little niece. My sister sells MK and my niece just LOVES putting this lotion on her little hands. It's so cute and she'll tell everyone how soft her hands are.

I think this is the best product Mary Kay has to offer. It really softens and moisturizers your hands, especially in the winter months. I also love the scent.
