Low Budget Motel Stay
By MissAWalker onAs a frequent traveler I have stayed in many Hotels. When possible I stay at Motel 6. This particular Motel 6 caught my attention because it is conveniently located off of I-85 at exit 78 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. When I'm tired from driving any Hotel that I can't see directly from the highway is a winner.
There is plenty of parking in their well lighted parking areas. The grounds were clean. The rooms were clean and free of any bugs. The staff were very informative and courteous. The area was surprisingly peaceful and I was able to get a good night of rest.
There are many things to do in the area as far as shopping and recreation. I consider this a great area and great Motel to stop in when taking a long road trip along the east coast. At $29.99 per night compared to higher prices in major cities I would consider this a nice little spot.
Take a look at these amenities:
Free Local Calls -- No Biggie since I always carry my cell phone
Free Morning Coffee -- Not for me, but nice for people who enjoy it
Free Expanded Cable -- More TV options is always good
Kids Stay Free -- Always a good thing
Pets Allowed -- Good for people w/ small pets
Accessible Rooms -- Excellent for those in need
OutDoor Pool -- Great for summer travelers
Coin Laundry -- Great if you use the pool so you wont have to ride around with wet clothes
and WiFi is available $2.99 per 24 hours
Also conveniently located near 2 major Hospitals, 2 Airports, 4 Colleges,Crofton State Park and Cowpens BattleField

This is nice to know. I wasn't aware that Motel 6 allowed pets. Thanks for the information.
