Low Cal Water App Supressant! By Eyes2theocean on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

So I didn't eat breakfast today, I was in a hurry and I can't be bothered sometimes. When I started to get the rumblings in my stomach, I plopped this mix into a glass of water, stirred, and drank.

I was a little perturbed that there appeared to be "chunks" floating in my glass, I HATE beverages with chunks in them, but it didn't really register as I was drinking it as a texture issue in my mouth. The flavor (pink lemonade) was actually pretty delicious, though quite tart. I WAS really hungry before drinking this, but now I'm fine to go until lunch without a rabid-eat-anything-I-can-grab attack. I would certainly not advise using this as a meal replacement, I think that's lacking in nutrition and substance, but as a snack or as a way to stave off the munchies, this is a fantastic product that has a big future on the market.

Only thirty calories, a good flavor, and significant nutrition (5g fiber and 5g protein) I'd call this an excellent value and good addition to a reduced calorie eating plan.

I don't like chunks. I don't know if I could get past that.
