I have this phone at my work. The Lucent brand is well known, and for good reason. This phone is high quality, and has tons of different functions. The sound quality is second to none, and the volume can go very high. It has speaker phone volume that goes very high as well. Quite a few buttons are on the face of the phone, and it can be overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, the phone can do wonders. If you want to adjust the hold music, you can hit the function button, then a few numeric keys, and you have your hold music on speakerphone, so you can go adjust the radio preset for the hold. Conference calls are a little difficult, but, with the capability of having up to 9 people on a conference call makes up for it many times over. I have also spilled quite a few liquids on this phone, with no adverse effects. The voicemail system is very easy to use as well. I would definitely purchase this phone again for any other office.
